Hey~I was just wondering if anyone here has taken it and if they think its bad for you? I know it gets you stronger but i dont know if its worht the risk..

IT doesn't make you stronger at all. I've taken and no it doesn't feel like it's bad for you, but I've heard things that it is. You get dehydrated way quicker on it, so if your going to take it, drinks lots and lots of fluids until you can't drink anymore andt then drink another litre.

Creatine provides extra energy for up to 25 seconds of exertion and allows recovery time to speed up by a lot. That's probably it's most beneficial factor, recovery time. You'll be able to work out harder each day, therefore making you stronger by being able to work out harder. the stuff itself doesn't make you any stronger

 
It will also make you look bigger by making your muscles retain more water. That's also why you need to drink lots of water while taking it.

take lots of potasium wiht it too. that will help your liver.

yeah, it doesnt make you stronger at all, just makes you look like it. plus once you stop using it you will get really weak

Yah, steer clear of it man, kinda messes you up if you don't do it properly. Your body has the right amount in your muscles already for rapid, quick movements stored as CP (Creatine Phosphate) and yah, don't upset it.

its just a pill/powder that you take before you work out. it increases your muscel build up or somehting, id ont really know much about ti besides that it makes you looked ripped but doesnt help in the long run

if your gonna take it get the liquid stuff. it just doesnt pump your mussles up with water it makes you stronger i am better now because i am stronger so i can whip myself around more. look into it i was on it and it worked great, just take alot of water, and you should be fine

Ya if you are going to take it take the liquid version (ATP). Your body produces it naturally and it can be found in certain foods but extra wont hurt. With the liquid kind you don't need to load it either and you can take it like five minutes before you lift.

I go on cycles and it really helps. Buy a bottle that will last around a month and then stop taking it for a month. It definitely speeds up recovery time and makes you stronger. I usually use it only once I have reached a plateau and can't get over it.

When I take it I am not as soar the next day so I can get back in the gym quicker. I also don't get as tired while working out.

Ah I remember when this was all the rage back in junior high and high school haha. People acted like it was steroids and made it sound like something bad for you, when in reality they just had no clue wtf they were talking about.
