i didnt read the other posts, but heres what i know from first hand experience, not some stories that everyone hears
Creatine and whey protein and the two best things you could take when working out
If you take creatine correctly, it will work very well
First of all, take CEE, its absorbed more than any other form and does not cause bloating (water weight that everyone thinks thats all it does).
When you take it, drink a ton of water and work out a ton. dont take it and then hit the gym for 30 minutes or your wasting your time. You need a lot of water as is does saturate your muscles with extra water. If you work out alot when taking it, you will not really have water weight that everyone talks about. you will be muscle, no water. Now obviously some water will still stay. with running and working out, it will be gone in days so its not a long term thing. Thats why the water weight stuff is BS, its not true, it goes away quick and can be prevented completely
also, you have to cycle and not over do it. Cycle it so you dont get your bosy to used to it.
I dont care what anyone says, you look at bodybuilding.com and ask and real body builder, creatine is great IF used correctly. if your not going to use it right, dont bother.
