Crazy Urban Segment- Communist HQ

No amount of fancy film gear and editing could make that a good segment. this is only shows how out of touch MSP is with urban skiing

if i can watch an entire segment and think to my self "yeah, I can probably do all of that stuff" then it isn't a good segment

This just felt a bit underwhelming if you know what I mean. 50/50's on a wide as concrete thing??

I wonder if the skiers were like: Oh man this place is so sick! There's so much to do here, we can get so creative!

More like MSP was like: Oh man this is the place I read about on the internet! It would sick if we shot mediocre skiing here with fancy cameras

my favorite part is the nose manual on the concrete thing they cut like 3 times to hide the fact that he didnt hold the manual the whole way though

all urban segments are all focused on gnar. But this one is most stylish and creative urban segment yet. You see stylish powder segments all the time but this is first

lol go watch a Bunch movie or the new B&E one that comes out in like 5 minutes

I know Ruin and Rose didn’t get a ton of love compared to some of Matchstick’s other films, but I loved this segment. Came across this in National Geographic the other day. Didn’t realize that site is now closed off to the public.

Sorry for the embed fail, but I’m tired of trying to get this National Geographic link to work.
