thats probably the 2 best sets of stairs in a park i have ever seen... so smooth looking
 
why is there no skier in the world nearly as good at rails as that jjones?

Thanks for sharing that with us. That was probably the sickest park stair setup I've ever seen and that was the most insane rail trick I've ever seen from a snowboarder.

that whole movie (for right or wrong) is prety cool though
 
that stuff was all set up at northstar a few post closing seasons ago it was eipc.  but they broke the c ledge at that shoot, but it was sick.
 
Ya no argument could ever be made against jones, hes been in the snowboarding industry since long before any skier has even ridden backwards. So ya Respect it im sure all the people that you listed would....
 
remember when candide did the 810 to ral in 2alpes 2or3years back..the gap was maybe twice as big, like 12to15m....

but still really sick to do this shit with a snb...
 
yea, that shoot was in Burton's movie last year. And Jeremy is really a god to snowboard, I want him.

i din't really find this all that impressive. I've seen kids at my hill do half these tricks. And he only 5050d the big rail which isn't cool. It'd be way cooler to see a few skiiers throwing down on that.
 
as much as i admire your valour and support for the skiers, snowboarders in general are so much sicker on rails. period. yeah candide (who i worship btw) spins big gaps onto rails but dude, a stair set? no. also, when skiers hit big gaps to rail they tend to just clip the end. jones disastered it then had to ride out a good 20ft.

and the other jeremy jones rips spines in ak much harder than any skier, seth, ian mac, sage included.

i'm sorry, but about these two facts there can be no arguement. as for the rest, skiers are sicker for sure though...
 
Dude get off snowboarding's dick. they do lots of cool shit on rails that skiiers don't have the capability to do, but in this video lots of pros could do all of the tricks.
 
i love skiing with all my heart and it takes a real skiier to admit when a boarder is killin it...

I don't understand how people cannot find this impressive. Fact is Jeremy killed that rail, nobody can deny that. He stepped up to a gnar setup, got the shots, and stomped his shit. Sure other things could have been done but what he did was smooth and pretty damn impressive for anyone, let alone a dude thats pushing 31.
 
thats definently one of the biggest rails ever done, in or out of a park. he's one of the best street rail riders ever. prob him and jp walker are the top two. as for other people hitting that rail mitch nelson, also a rail wrecker, was at that shoot and he didn't gap it.
 
I really enjoyed the enjoyed the slow mo, and seeing the board flex was sweet,
