crazy serbs. although, if i was serbian and was stuck in a country full of albanians/algerians (which one??) like 90%, i'd be pretty pissed off

 
it's cooled off, this is just a small example of something bigger that's probably getting cooked up right now.
 
Weird, all the Serbians I met while I was there last year were pretty chill people. Guess there's a few bad eggs in every crowd.

Anyone know whether Kosovo declaring independance has broken international laws? Russia claims it has, but Kosovo is being backed by UK, Germany and Italy I believe. China has expressed its concern, and Spain is opposed.

Serbians in Kosovo apparently protest at 12.44 each day... perhaps that has something to do with it.

One question - why didn't the Serbians living in Kosovo move into Serbian territory before Kosovo declared independance?
 
The US is also backing them. Kosovo didn't go through the UN, they simply appealed to the US, the UK and other countries and went for it. That's where Russia and Serbia feel that they can't have done it lawfully.

I say, given what Milosevic did to Kosovo, that the Serbs should just shut up and take it.

our head RA here at school is serbian, his parents sent him here to get him out of all that shit, i think they've killed over 100,000 or 200,000 albanians in the last few years over there

for a while he told us his parents were doctors, but then we found out his dad is a general in control of the serbian special forces, and that he's basically the classic definition of a war criminal
 
yah he's huge too, he took a few cycles of roids and doesnt really seem to care at all...but he said if he went home he'd be deployed to infantry training right away

he was stabbed twice in high school in bar fights, and he and his friends pistol-whipped one of his attackers so bad that the guy is permanently brain-damaged...

i cant imagine having the kind of childhood he had
 
i am Serbian and this whole kosovo thing is outrages.

some people first off need to get their shit straight. kosovo used to be all serbs and the fucking albanians took it over and all the fucking bulshit burned churches massicured people and shit. my dad grew up there and the village he used to live in where there used to be over 10 000 serbs was burned and all the churches vandalized and shit, they were forced to flee and now there is basically none there.

it just pissed me off the way it is shown in the media and all the shit done by the us government. i used to live there. kosovo is serbia
