As a seasoned veteran of McDonalds employment, I can tell you that that was, in fact, the tool you use to take out the shelf thing that hold up the baskets in the deep fryer.

well that was a tad bit racist but in this case I feel the blonde is the minority and I have a feeling there is a large "coloured" population in that area
