Crazy black lady

not to sound racist or anything, but just in my observations these crazy outbursts seem more common in black people. that's not to say there isn't fair share of crazy white people, but black people seem to have less reservations when it comes to making scenes and attempting to make points in public displays like that. i hear them shouting at each other across the streets and whatnot for no good reason. can anybody enlighten me as to why this is common in big cities? do they not realize how big of fools they look like when they believe they are hot shit?
 
that lady was crazy. i thought I heard her ask for her ak in there. that was funny though, i love how she was freestyling soulja boy at the beginning.
