Craziest thing you did this season

Alright, post your 'best of' for 06-07.

My favorite was dropping a very thin and sketchy chute into waist deep pow on the left shoulder of cowboy ridge, hiked up from Tye. That small little bowl was soooo sick to ski, and the snow was knee to waist deep all the way down to the run. That or stomping a three off that natural kicker under and to the left of tye rock.

I skied some pretty gnarly chutes from the top of Cowboy Mountain that were interesting. Its kinda nerve wracking when your going down a tight chute and your friend starts to go before your out and begin to push a ton of snow down upon you, basically a small avalanche.

Ammendum to third rule of skiing:

never get in front of Kevin, UNLESS you are "on the recieving end"

Fourth rule of skiing: Go deep and pretzel the gnar.

craziest thing ive done this season was move to Baker, plain and simple.

everyday there is something scarier and crazier than you've done, at least in my opinion. i dropped the biggest cliff ive ever dropped this season (25 ft) and skied the gnarliest chutes ive skied for sure (elf chutes, above gunners bowl).

not to mention all the crazy shit that is just seen there. hella rippers just mobbin down the Beast, the Giffens killing it everywhere on the mountain, or the migration of pros for every dump.

this season rocked.

craziest thing i did?

well i overshot a jump, sued the ski resort, and singlehandedly shut down every terrain park across america.

I set off a few in bounds avalanches that made me shit my pants... but probably the craziest thing I did was to straightline this icy/tree branch covered/cliff thing in the trees of double diamond. I came out onto the bottom opening before daisy, and i could only make one arcing turn to kill speed because i was going so fast. could have been very, very bad, but thankfully it wasnt.

I think I discovered that area two weekends ago, when I was messing around back there in less than optimal snow conditions. That shit sucked, soooo many thick trees and sudden drop offs.

yaya, if you enter through the spot that says "cliffs and extreme terrain," they actually arent lying. very sick in good snow though

probably dropping switch into pinball at crystal a few weeks ago was the

craziest. Although earlier in the season while i was poaching a secret

glade, i came out of the glade into a bowl just as patrol threw a

bomb 250 yards above me. That was def the scariest. I decided not to

poach much anymore after that one.

Also did a couple unnat cab sw straight airs.

holy shit that was schech, that is probley also the crazyest thing i did all season, or droping some cliff in niggars.

ohh or hucking into a chute at crystal and breaking both big toes one landing, or doing a huge 180 off of windlip

you better have been piss ass drunk chris....you know better than to bang ski-town chicks without wrappin it up

shane you know that thing in firefox 2 that checks your spelling? you should use it occasionally. niggars? comeon.

give it time...in about a month you'll see your penis slowly start to turn green, and then spores will grow out of it, infecting anyone nearby when they explode.

i've been watching planet earth too much.

I do apologize for those who have yet to post their corner stories in here yet, but I am officially changing the topic of this thread to "post cute pictures of otters"

craziest thing i tried this season was some uber booter we constructed in the backcountry, biggest thing ive hit, probably 60 to clear the rocks and trees of death and you could take it 100 feet

probly this nice natural cornice i hit. I dident even expect it but i droped some 20 feet and did an indie during it haha. or when i attempted my backflip (dident work out very well)

hving to jump turn to safe myself from a 40+ ft cliff at mision ridge in 2 feet of powder on a 65 degree face that was about 5 ft from me

i know but i was panicking because i had already put up a little avy a couple runs before and didnt want to create a huge one on a slpope like this over the ski area.
