watched someone get airlifted off the cliffs skiers' left of couloir extreme last year, insanely sketchy location
not much has really happened to me though, worst moment I've had on a mountain is tearing my mcl/acl at the top of quasar on blackcomb, getting to the village was not particularly fun

My backpacking group wasstalked my a mountain lion for a few hours in new mexico. Scariest shit of my life.
It was pitch black and we would hear that scream every few minutes or so. The worst part was that it was coming from all angles. Sometimes it was behind us. The next to.e it would sound like it was to the right. Every time we would hear it we would all break into a sprint in the opposite direction and check the time. The last we heard was at around 1am. We kept hiking till 3 before we decided to sleep for an hour. We never unpacked or set up tents. At 4 we started hiking again and once the sun came up just after we got to the bottom of the mountain. We set up our tents and slept all day.

This one time I hit a tree. it was super duper scary because i got the wind knocked out of me. But wait theres more! I went right into the lodge and called my mommy because I got a boo boo. Then I was rushed to the ER because I had gotten cancer from the tree.

This on time i was skiing some trees and hit a root that caught my ski causing me to tomahawk tearing both my acls and causing all the spaghetti to fall out of my pockets
The yetis then came because they smelt my delicious snack so i had to fend them of with a ski pole. It was a long night eventually ending with yetis stealing all my spaghetti and me losing 3 of my toes

saw a girl on first time when I was warming up at pcmr who had short skis, not ski blades, not full size skis, like 110s and she was falling all over the place but she had saga on

I've had three different moments that made me sit down and re-evaluate the meaning of life.
-Got a branch lodged between my eye and my eye socket while tree skiing ... 1/8th of an inch higher and it would have sliced right through my eye.
- Ran into a snow gun and got knocked out cold for 4 minutes. My helmet shattered like glass.
- I was the last person to talk to a snowboarder before he died after crashing in the moguls. I got patrol for this dude and he was dead when they got to the hospital.
