so last week i finally got over my fear of crashing...i told my buddy i was gonna go for a switch 180 and ate shit. i realized it didn't hurt so from then on i've just been trying new stuff until i learn it

i kinda thought the way you did until i tried a cork5 and got serious whiplash, and i'm still in pain a couple weeks later. i can't lift any weight anymore without my back aching and my neck has this crazy grinding pain in it whenever i look up or side to side. don't think you're invinsible just because you had a nice fall one time.

It was mandatory that we stoped in a skate shop in Tokyo so Bibby could by a sweatshirt. He also bought neck chains one with a Cadillac logo and the other one a cross. He was looking real ghetto until he saw two black people and removed them automatically because he was scared to get beat up.

bigdoubler, haha, now try having that same trade of thought on let's say... a 55ft. step-up. I had the same thinking as you, trying new stuff until I stuck it, well it didn't work. I kept crashing until I really couldn't walk for the next two days. Crashing doesn't hurt on smaller stuff but moving on up, it's a different story.

ya, i hate to say it, but that feeling of no fear won't last long.

optimism and discouragement in skiing switch off about every time you go skiing. the key is to not let it get you down too much when youre sucking, and dont let it go to your head when youre ripping.

that good feeling will go away faster than u will realize it.....i had the same feeling and a week l8r i ended up wit a wrist broken in 5 places and a plate and 6 pins holding it together.....GoOd LUCK

 
i think crashing at the hill hurts less then crashing on rails in my front yard

Yeah I agree... most wrecks don't hurt that bad, and you can shake it off in a run or so, but when you step it up and go bigger, it starts to hurt nasty style.

Lately I keep crashing onto my hips.

Now, everytime I take a hit to the hip, I get overwhelmed with nausea, and I want to throw up, because the pain is so intense.

We gonna whack it til the wheels fall off.

 
Well if you plan on trying stuff that you don't think you can land, make sure you are making the landings of the tables.

yeah that happend to my friend paul the first day he used his chronics we were getting nice and he thought hed hit this rail that he hit last season right a single barrel urban style rail might i say he didnt look be for he leaped too and one thing led to another and rip the goes a month of his season and a knee injury
