Does anyone else feel like summer will never end???Ive been counting the days till december.... 135 or sumthing now...ive even go as desperate as to counting till the yearly labor day sale...I've watched ski movies over and over...Man when the first snowflake falls im haveing a party and everyone is invited....

i dont like summer at all, but usually i can surf, however no waves this summer and my job takes up to much time, im startin to go crazy to seein the only movie i brought back from my ski house was happy dayz, which i watch everyday now

I hate it so much. The only good thing is I'm taking a class so I can take fewer classes in the spring semester and ski more. But man, walking to class at 8:30 at have it be 80deg out already is really out of hand. It's usually mid to upper 90's when I get out 2 hours later. Way to hot to move.

my summer eally hasnt been that hot, its just borin cause i cant surf and our town gets swamped with fuckin tourisits everyday so it take me a half hour to drive three miles, and there all either retarded our stuck up rich people which makes it worse

you guys need to diversify! find some stuff to do. the ski season is less than half the year. you guys cant go your whole life waiting for winter. it cant be that hard to find a hobby for the rest of the year.

This summer sucks this is my second summer since I've had a problem with skiing. Last summer wasn't half as bad as this summer Im spending it at my parents house in kentucky (flat,no friends, no motorcycle or atv, no rocks to climb, no partying) only cool thing ive done all summer is skydive last weekend. I think next summer is gonna be bad so I'm already thinking about plans for a whistler summer so I never have to feel this shitty again.

linemav, do u have any plans for the foam pit? ive been trying to come up with some. Im thinking something like an inrun and like 4ft with that crazy water ramp material then like 4ft deep pit with the blocks. it would be a bitch to make but pretty rad cause u could put plywood down and hit it with ur skateboard

yah work can suck, but then you think about the money you will be getting is to be spent on skiing and it cheers you up. im a camp counseler and the ages of the kids i watch over are from 5-7. and i have to get up at 7 in the morning. then i come home and go to soccer practice, then i work with my dad in the afternon and evening. then i go party at the beach. im living on aleve, coffee, coronas and egg samiches. come to think of it, my summer aint half bad, i feel better already :P

i wish i didnt work at mcdonalds and i could afford to go to camp, or i had rich parents. that could work also

my summer is killer, though i do miss skiing, longboarding, trampoline, swimming, and chilling with people in the sun is fun too..

so far aiiive done is work to pay my 'rents back for my skis and count how many days till the summer is over.. its gay.. but at least ill have cross country to get me in better shape for the ski season :D

 
i hate it in the winter when people bitch about the cold. they'll say 'oh, damn its snowing im gonna stay inside' me and my skier pals are like 'hell ya keep on snowing, this means its snowing on the mountain, cant wait till this weekend when we are going skiing'

 
summer is sick, its not as good as winter, but just do something to pass to time. Skimboarding is awesome, fs walking, skating, tramp, water ski, set up a rail with snow fence, boot grind, theres tons of stuff to do

i have my orange fence set up and im making a 3 foot high, 1 foot wide, 12 foot long box for it and i have to dig for my foam pit.. dimensions are 12x12 dig 6 feet deep with 2 foot walls and inrun of plywood for skates. jump is 6 long 3 3/4 high with a 7' 'hypotonuse'

I HATE SUMMER!!!!!!!! The only thing that I'm looking forward to is camp in 2 weeks. I think I'm going to kill something if it doesn't snow soon. I hope Minnesota gets a decent winter this year!!!! I miss the snow and skiing and ski instructing and skiing. . . and skiing *sobs*

Dunno why everyone hates summer. Tons of good things. No school. Go out and get some sun, skate, go to the beach, spit game and pick up some chicks, whatever. As much as I love skiing, I love summer. Hangin with all your friends, drivin' around, stupid roadtrips, all that shit. Enjoy it before you grow up and have to work during the summers to support your family and seemingly pointless lives.
