Cramps?

I dunno if it's just because it's early in the season but I often get cramps in my hip flexors when I fall and then roll over to get back up. Does this happen to anyone else? I know your hip flexors are usually fairly weak muscles just by circumstance

This just means you're growing up, and turning into a beautiful young woman. While it may hurt quite a bit, it's just God's gentle reminder that you're maturing, and that it is time to start taking life more seriously.

You may notice several other changes in your young body. Your breasts are starting to develop, your hips will start widening, and (careful!) you will be more prone to putting on weight. You will also start looking at boys differently, and notice that your friendships with them may change. Monthly visits from "Aunt Flo" will start being a regular occurrence. I recommend talking with a trusted adult woman in your life. Your mother, an aunt, or a trusted teacher at school will all be able to help you better understand the changes you're going through.

Additionally, there is some relief available for the monthly cramps you are experiencing.

Beat me to it

I get cramps in my calf when I sleep. At least once a week I wake up and just spazz out because the pain is so bad.

This happens to me really badly, I figured out that if you loosen off your boot as much as you can and roll your foot back and forth as best you can it helps. Or loosen it off and stomp your foot on something hard a couple times.

I hate foot cramps.
