Craigslist Afterbangs or Evo Step Ups?

I found some 2012 Afterbangs with bindings on Craigslist. The guy is

asking $230. But then there is the 2011 Step Up with bindings deal on

Evo for $280. I'm selling my paintball gun to get money for skiing this

year and am thinking about getting new skis. I'm 6 foot and 160. I

have 2011 Afterbangs but 165 and short so I think I'll just use those on

a summer set up and new ones on actual snow. What do you guys think I

should do?
 
step ups, used afterbangs go dead after awhile, new skis are boss and supporting a shop when possible is boss
 
Wise words from the Clap himself! That's what I was thinking but I wasn't sure. I'm not that good or anything but even though the Step Ups are a level up from the Afterbangs would they still be good for learning new tricks on rails and jumps?
 
^This, and $50 for a ski that's not only new, but also better in quite a few ways
