Cracked iphone screen help

I want to call apple and have them replace my cracked iphone screen but I don't know what to say for them to take it and fix or replace it for free. what can I say or do to my phone so they will replace it for free. thanks

well if you bought the warranty then it shouldnt be a problem to get it replaced. just send it in. they have to replace it if you have the warranty

the screen cracked on my touch, and they wanted to charge 150 for it. i dont really know what to tell you but good luck
