this whole thing is hittin me really hard, it's all i've been thinking about since i found out. someone in the other thread suggested that we make a thread for him and everyone can post their thoughts and we can bring them to him at the hospital which is only about 5 min. from where i'm sitting...post away

 
CR,, you have always been an insparation, You go HUGE bro and always destroy it , leftside and right. Get better man, the road is long but skiing is at the end of the tunnel. Be strong bro, get better soon, Nick Hopkins.
 
CR kept telling me to let him know if there was anything he could do to help me out. Now I just wish I could return the favor. I pray for you and Kye. The entire snowsports world is praying for you both.
 
hope you get better, representing austria and the german speaking world. we all hope that you can recover fully, so that you can ski again. but now we just pray for you to be able to get out of the hospital and get healthy.

CR... I dont know you but you rip, and you rip hard...Right now you need to rip the hardest you've ever ripped in you life and make a good/fast recovery so you can once rip again on the slopes... best wishes to you and your family...

You are in my prayers. Get well soon so you can get out there and keep on killing it. You are one of the most diverse riders, and I hope you can get back to the high level your skiing has been at for years.

You have been pushing it since the begining and are still killing it with new stuff today (rightside 360 off a 60 footer...shit!) so I'm hoping for a solid recovery so you can get out there and continue to pave the way for the rest of us.

You have brought our sport quite aways in the last few years. All the way from the 1440, to the Bio 9 at Superpark, to your progression in the BC. You are an icon in the sport and I hope you have a steady and speedy recovery. Everyone on NS and in the ski industry will be wishing you allow your trail to recovery.

CR, the entire newschoolers community has really been brought together. We can only hope and pray for the best possible outcome for one of our most loved skiers.
