HDPE is the best choice in most cases. Some other materials have been known to work. If, and only if, you have money coming out of your ears lexan is a great topsheet the resorts use. I hooked you up with the Build a Jib cult (or should have) which has all the answers if HDPE doesnt work out.

if you cant get that what i've done is put many pvc pieces across the top and it slides so nice
