who the fuck spraypainted 4bi9 onto brightons boxes and rails and why the hell did that thread yesturday get deleted.
 
it probably got deleted because it was giving everyone the idea that kids from 4bi9 actually did it, but they clearly did not. i cant remember who it was, but someone said they sent a sponsorship proposal to brighton for next year. why the fuck would they tag the place if they want to get sponsored by them? stop spreading stupid rumors and go buy a gun.
 
Ya, it wasn't any of 4bi9. thanks to whoever did that though, really gives 4bi9 a great reputation
 
are you guys kidding. did anyone else see the tags. im not too pissed cause i found out about a cool rail garden above there thats not on brightons rails or property but its just fucked. all you 4by9ers should figure out who the fuck did that cause i have a really hard time believing anyone who isnt in the crew did it

One time in highschool, right before lacrosse practice some kid on the team shit all over the walls and the toilet and the sink. He thought he was so cool, so we go outside and our coach has a red face and we are like "what's the deal is someone inelidgable?" and he goes

"You guys will be running until i know who did it!"

"did what"

"shit all over the walls"

we were all laughing our asses off, then we realized he wasn't kidding and started running, we eventually figured out who it was and made him fess up.

moral of the story, fess up, yea your gonna get shit...for what you did, but it clears everyone who is innocent from it, and thats a good feeling.

so if you did it, easiest way out is to go to brighton, apologize, and clean up the mess you started, i'm sure if your not a jackass about repainting everything and helping them out a bit they won't press charges.

 
Just give it up man.... We're working on it right now. The people who originally claimed it was us was whoever takes care of Brighton's myspace page. Rather than confronting us they thought they're tell an entire online community. We're not fucking stupid, and of course we're gonna try to find out who did it. I don't think people are just gonna fess up. And why would we spraypaint Armada and Technine? It's all stupid.
 
Oh.. and why it got deleted? I didn't ask for it to happen. Put it this way... what if you came online and saw a thread saying "Tosh Peter's ruins pre season shredding for everyone. He spraypainted some shit on Brighton's rails"...... When we saw the thread the other day we had no clue anything of the sort had happened, until reading that thread and getting hate e-mails. Pointing a finger at a company before you have anything that even resembles proof is kind of low.
 
Get over it. Seriously, anyone can take a can of spraypaint and paint 4bi9 anywhere in the world. It doesn't mean it was us, and that's really not that hard to understand. You are the one that keeps bringing it up and getting hurt about it, maybe it was you?

i think its pretty easy to see that 4bi9 more than likely had nothing to do with it. but either way the situation is fucked. and kids who do that deserve to get beeeeeeeeat.
 
tosh peters is an idiot, and being a bitch for trying to call someone out, when he has no idea. You can't imagine someone out of 4bi9 doing it? Hahaha, thats the point of someone else doing it, so people think it was them. Rival high schools do this kind of shit all the time. Paint the other schools colors and letters on something they shouldn't. then who immediatley gets notified by the police? the school that got framed.
 
people need to realize that there wasnt just 4Bi9 spraypainted on the rails. there was also technine and armada but 4Bi9 gets all the blame? this is the stupidest thing that could happen. Brighton's park crew is shady and what they have done is illegal. slandering isnt somthing to take lightly.

seems like they wouldnt get much flame from skiers jibbing preseason brighton, atleast to that extent. this shit is stupid and i dont wanna point fingers, but i know some boarders who aren't fans of armada. also, it seems like all three companies spraypainted tend to be the same, atleast technine and 4bi9. gangsta white boys if there was ever such a thing, plus tanner. uuummmm so yeah maybe some boarders?

 
i just met all of 4bi9 in the past couple months and I really don't think they did this because they are all way smarter than that and love skiing more than anything, they wouldn't do anything to jeopardize that. anyway why would they write armada and technine thats stupid its obvious that it was someone that has no affiliation with any of those groups of people. this is just stupid and i don't see how people can seriously blame 4bi9.
 
this is nothing compared to what ninthward has done in the past.... some of those guys have gotten all of their crew kicked out of ski resorts for acting so gangsta.....

finding out who did it is almost impossible. hopefully they realize their error by fucking up everyones preseason jib fun. instead of brightons super low easy set up rails this past weekend, retards (boarders) were hiking straight up eagles nest in alta only to have a feast of rocks on the way down. as far as im concerned wait for some coverage before you go ski. you can only do so many silly ski grinds in the preseason anyways. my roomates put it like this "greg are you gonna jib today or actually go ski?"

I'm from the east and my best powder day last season was when we had like 5 inches in the trees with NO base, so damn right i'm gonna hike up every time it snows.
 
A saw the kid who did one of the technine's on the QP on Saturday sep. 29. He was probably 14/15 year old skier in a baggy pants and a baggy hoody with the first year invaders and he was with a crew of little ganster snowboarders. I told him he was abusing our ability to be up there and he started pouting(i think he thought it was gonna tell him how cool it was) and walked off. I don't know about the 4bi9 tags though, i was the first person up there that day and those tags where there before that kid even got there. The peculiar thing was that they were both done in the same silver spraypaint and the 4bi9 was spelled 4b9, so it's def. a mystery, but don't think they're guilty.
 
1.) Why would anyone in 4bi9 be stupid enough to tag boxes at a resort that were trying to get media passes from?

2.) Why would any of us spell 4bi9 4b9?

3.) Why would anyone in 4bi9 spraypaint Technine and Armada in addition to 4bi9? Why isn't anyone from Technine or Armada getting any blame? hmmm...

4.) The way that Brighton went about accusing us was completely out of line. They could have been a bit more professional and confronted us about the whole thing instead of informing the whole internet community like a bunch of 15 year olds. Not to mention slander is illegal and thats precisely what they are doing.

I'm amped to figure out whoever did the tagging and kill them.

 
if it;s the same paint, i think that it could have easily been the smae kid, day before maybe?  thanks for the info. i remember the kid from last year I think . 14-15 and not younger? did he have the black and white like newspaper print grenade pants?

The dude who runs the brighton myspace where the accusations came from is one of my snowboard friends...no one thats actually affiliated with brighton accused us of anything
 
Apparently It's Jared, the Terrain park dude Is what I was told by the people at Brighton. If he's is manager of Brighton's park, he is affiliated with Brighton...... and legal action is stupid...... Of course a million dollar company is gonna crush a small company that doesn't even make 4 digits.

It would be sick to handle it in a proper way though.

This will be handled though. Technically it's "libel" because it's written. still illegal because of the circumstances.

They only know who 4bi9 is because you douches got everyone kicked out of pre-season at brighton..... And this is newschoolers, who the fuck cares how many people know about your little crew on here, this is a very small slice of the skier demographic.
