Ight so i am being sued by an ex landlord of mine for like 3 hundo and dont really wanna pay or take time out of my day and go. Can i just skip that shit or will i be like arrested or something like that? Im guessing newschoolers is full of 12 year olds who have no idea how to answer this question but i figure somebody might not be 100% ignant.
 
Is it small claims or not? If it isnt then they will send a bench warrant out for your arrest (a warrant for skipping your court date), if it is small claims then Im not sure.
 
i cant see a bench warrant being issued with it only being over 300 dollars but you would probably lose by default

skipping out isnt going to do you any good, it could turn a civil matter into a criminal matter
 
yea its small claims but i just decided to man up and pay this motherfucker. Id be pissed if somebody owed me 300 bucks and i didnt get my money so im just gonna do it so karma doesnt end up fucking me in tha anus.
