Country song skiing???!!!??? THE DOPEST!!!!

haha this all made me laugh. you even made another thread about it. some people like country. i happen to think that ski edits should not have them but im not totally against country. people like what people like and good on trying something new even if it came with the criticism.
 
dub post, but did you really comment on the video saying " take this hick music off, it ruins the skiing" comment on this thread and then make your own thread about it? you are pathetic....

i personally enjoyed it, it is nice to see something different than wu-tang and skrillex.

To all of you who only want to watch skiing to gangster rap, or the newest dubstep song, shut it. Music choice allows you to express your personality through your skiing and editing.
 
I think a lot of people are annoyed with it because his style looks like there should be rap music. I don't mind the music that much, but to me it doesn't really fit and I think thats where a lot of the hate is coming from.

This is the same kind of person that hates on nimbus for the music they use.
 
Wow first I was stoked when I saw this thread title! then I was stoked to see it was BEN OGILVIE! Then once corb lund came on it basically made my day.

Corb Lund is about as country as you can get (short of Tim Hus maybe).

Guess it's a different sound than nashville though.
 
Thanks for the words all! Pretty stoked to make some waves. Music choice is strictly music choice. I discovered Corb Lund for myself and used his song styles as a way to escape the average radio bullspit. Anyway, hope you prefer the actual skiing more. By the way, keep talking about the edit and how you don't like it A.kispert! It just helps out my skiing more.
 
Country is awsome, ive wanted to put it in an edit for soo long but just dont want to take the time to make one, im sick of kids that think they are ghetto because they put rap songs in the backround of thier edits
 
I used to like country, but I never listened to it in the winter... just had more of a summer vibe, and I could never listen to it while skiing. I've pretty much mostly moved on from country, but I still appreciate some of the more folk style artists like Corb Lund. That was pretty sweet.
 
im not really super opposed to country definitely not into it but if someone tosses it on at a party in the summer its cool i guess. Furthermore, i liked this edit a lot, sick skiing, different vibe, and it wasnt the real poppy country that girls freak out about. props
 
The riding in there was super sick for so many shots... But I really dislike country with a strong passion.
 
i liked it. gave it a good vibe. only thing was i found it kinda long. i think an edit as long as the first song would've been fine.
 
Pretty cool idea hah I liked it better then the thousands of gangsta rap edits good to see something else!
