Could we get in legal trouble?

Alright so my class has a senior prank. We are planning on it being on 4/20. At a specified time (Probably around noon) we are all just going to start fingering our throats and have all of us throw up. We have a class of 200, and I know at least 90 of us would be down. Not counting the squeamish underclassmen that would unintentionally vomit. So could we get in legal trouble if the school got upset?
 
Jesus you guys better clean that shit up. You are literally fucking the janitors week. I feel fucking bad for him.
 
Why would you get in legal trouble? Mean to the janitor, but otherwise I like the idea.

One day I was super hungover skiing Vail, I was trying to gag myself to puke all day to feel better. There was a yellow jacket patrol underneath me on the lift I shoved half my fucking arm down my throat still couldn't puke on them despite a horrible hangover, so might be easier said than done

I like the originality but like others have said you are really doing nothing but ruining the janitors day. And let's be honest, the janitor is probably looking to enjoy his 4/20 without excessive vomit.

this is where the legal troubles would come in. When my school suspected I was drunk they were legitimately way more worried then when I was just smoking weed.

also i feel bad for the janitors.
 
Seems like a solid idea. Probably no way the school could legally involved. Not that I could think of at least.

We're trying to figure out our senior prank and its shitty that pretty much anything you do the school will try to bring legal action against.

My school hasn't had a prank in three years. Hoping to change that this year.
 
It would be funny... but don't put the janitor through that. Maybe just go throw up in the principals office so you the janitor doesn't have to clean up so much but you can still send a message.
 
NS Police here, No legal trouble, you can't get into trouble for having an entire class that's retarded. When you're older you will understand this post.

okay that sounds lame as hell... here is what you've got to do... spend all night before bringing snow onto the courtyard or on the steps into the school.. Then build a fat booter. the next morning get their early as fuck (preferably slightly drunk) and just start skiing and popping sick tricks off the dope as jump. as everyone comes in for the day they will just see you and your buddies shreddin. If you want to include more students bring a PA system and blast music, and set up like beer pong or something (with water so you don't get expellled) just pregame the hell out of it and you can be having one hell of a time! some people did a similar thing while I was in high school but closer to summer so there wasn't any snow. they filled the courtyard with sand, setup beach volleyball, a pool, a grill with brats on it and speakers. right as everyone came in.
 
Sounds funny but also pretty mean for the janitors... They work hard and dont get paid much, dont make them clean all that up
 
Went to an all boys prep school as well.. We put a car in the gym, drew chalk dicks all over the lots, and a group of 75 or so jumped in the pool with full uniforms and went to class soaked. Also on senior trip to Atlantis my dumb ass friend decide to jump into the shark tank by the slide.. Was good fun at the time, nobody got in trouble. They were pretty cool about the 'boys will be boys' thing.

If you could pay 2k, yeah lol. They let you drink and gamble (18 down there), was a shit show haha. I also went on 3rd semester trips to Rome and Sorrento for 9 days and to Boston for 5. Again, you had to pay to go and on 3rd semester you got a grade for it that counts for 1/3 of your overall grade (had to keep a journal and take a quiz).. Nobody got under an 85 on 3rd semester.
 
You could be charged with destruction of property or disorderly conduct or maybe even enticing something. And keep in mind, even if you aren't convicted, just being charged with a crime will stick with you for life.

Since it's going to be 4/20, instead you could all smoke weed in the local police stations parking lot. That'd really show the world how edgy and angsty your graduating class is.
 
Chain smoke Marlboro reds before class and don't drink water it will help with the process for sure. There isn't a single thing I'd change about the plan. You guys are smart and wills go places in life. It sounds like the school will pussy out when they see how fire the senior class is. There is no way they would even want to get you guys in trouble!!

Seems like quite a waste of what could potentially be a fantastic senior prank albeit you'd need a different idea. The possibilities are endless. Moving entire classrooms onto the football field, the overused idea of numbered animals, cows upstairs, slip n slide hallways, etc. A senior prank a while ago around here involved welding a car around the flag pole, another one probably 20 years ago involved stealing and then putting the McDonalds sign on top of the roof.

Legal trouble? Probably not, worst case scenario you could fall into a category of Assault with Bodily Fluid depending on your state. If someone is mad enough or petty enough, they'll always find a way to try to get you in trouble. Anyways, you'll probably end up being forced to clean it all up, too much work for a mediocre prank if you ask me.
