Could this win best Costume?

Ok so I've noticed theres alot of parties going on the 29th of october in Kelowna. Such as indoor raves, all the bars, etc. I can't help but notice a common theme of $1000 being given away for best costume. Now I have a pretty unique costume for when I perform live shows, it costs $70 bucks to be done. I figure instead of the blazer I will just rock the dress shirt and roll-up the sleeves and paint my forearms/hands cool too. So i estimate the cost at being $100. Now the way i look at it, is that sure i could lose 100 bucks, or I could guess that most people will be going to the sick indoor raves that night/other bars and go balls to the wall and have a good chance at makin $900 bucks.
