i was just reading all this stuff about dry slopes or also known as snowflex...there are currently 15 opperating in the UK and the business is going to start working in the US as well...my question is do you think that any resort or anybody will ever spend the money (1-3 million) to put one of these things in near us? http://www.snowmaker.com/snowflex.html

i dont know if there is a big enough "loyal" skier base that actually cares about skiing when its the middle of the summer. Think about your resort when its great conditions, sunny, but no snow in peoples front yards, no one thinks about or cares about skiing.... Tough market to get into, especially in a state where a ski resort alone is risky business...
