Could someone help me?

ok so i have this folder witha shit load of other folders and folders and shit like that all music and movies is there any way to just get all music/movies from all folders and put it into my itunes or will i have to go through every folder?

i think shift + down from the first one down, highlight em all, drag them into your itunes library?
im not too sure

click on one and hit ctrl+a and they should all select or just go to itunes and hit import and see if you can select all
i'd help you if it were a macintosh but i'm not a pc type of person
