i also wont to say though, if your 900's are with like 2 feet of air then u better rethink it all because... i no this kid i ski with and he was afraid to hit the biggest jump at are park, an i hit it all day with just grabs, and he was to afraid, so all day he spun off this little thing and did a 900 with about 2 feet of air or less no lie... he has 165cm skis i think he needs bigger

some one i ski with is sponced by nortica and all he did was fakie 9s, mistys, backs and 9 safteys for his vid. Thats like the lest amout of stuff you can do to get a sponcership.

dude you could get a pro contract with those tricks but they have to be stylie u have to do them constistant and yuo have to know how too ski. All u kids out there don't understand it's not just about wat tricks you can throw you have to be able to ski no just snow plow into the jump throw a 1260. So if you can turley thow 1260's go to the us open or x-quailfer and win then theres yuor pro contract if u can do those tricks constantly with style u sould have no problem.

a 900 with two feet of air? what the fuck. its shit like that that will kill this sport. im sure it takes tons of skill to do that, but any non skier doesnt know. no wonder snowboarding get so much more props, you never see a boarder pulling that retarded shit.

 
Hmmm, yeah for sure, ,youcould get sponsored. What I fail to understand is this. WHat the hell are you doing trying 1440s before having consistent 1260s? You've only done 3, thast not enough? I dont even care about style( wel I do, but that point is overplayed), but stepping it up beofre you have evn done the previous trick 5 times is just unbelievable. You should really at least get all your other tricks down consistently before going to new things. Also, once you backflip, ,I think your inverts will all happen quick.

learn switch stuf. smoove switch spins. make a sponser me vid and send it around. make sure you show all your landings. compare your self to other skiers that are sponsored. Are you that good? do comps, meet photographers, talk to people, network...

But if you aren't doing it huge (over at least 40 foot jumps) or attempting to style it out, then it won't do you much good.

misty720, youre an ex-skiboarder. you got all of your rotations and 'style' from those before you moved to the bigger sticks. thats why your so 'stylie' with only a half a year skiing. what size 720s are you riding? 150cm? i dont consider those skis.

I had no style on skiboards i couldnt do a 360 grab that well and i could only spin shity 7s. and i ride 170s and im about 5'10' or 5'11' so they are a little small but i only payed 200$ for them with bindings so i didnt care if they where 170s. the only thing i form skiboaring is back flip and underflip, the only reson i can do other things is because i ski with relly good people.

Go for the 1440 if it makes you feel good. Just do it to say you have done one. I havent heard of many people other than CR that have done them. Go for it, then forget about it.
