Cottage Cheese

yah man, there aren't many dairy products out there that aren't fattening and have a lot of protein. when I'm trying to bulk up I eat a tonne of it with granola and fruit.

I can handle it plain if i really have to, but even then I'll add a little sugar to help it out.

cottage cheese+thunderthighs+ugly greasy girl=me throwing up EVERYWHERE
