Correct Spelling of Steeze

Well as you can tell I think it's steeze, while in a college pamplet I saw it spelled out as steez, and then Apple has a drink called steaz. What do you think the correct way to spell it is?

the steaz drink is spelled sTEAz to enfisize(sp?) the fact that it is a green teas beverage. where it was spelled "steez" on the panflit or whatever was probably a typo. which leaves us with the correct spelling
