Been riding park for a hot minute now, can do hefty spins with grabs, haven't tried corking yet though, any tips on how I can progress are appreciated boys.

1. Learn it on a tramp (plenty of videos out there to help)

2. Take it to snow, on a jump sizable enough for the rotation. Probably better to try it into an air bag or pow but if you don't mind the possibility of having to be scraped off the knuckle of a park jump then I'd say do that.

I can cork on tramps, I just find trying to cork on jumps more difficult...

Cork 7 was the first that I learned. When you do it off a jump think spin instead of flip. When I first started learning them I would throw it way to hard downwords and end up flipping out like crazy. Pretty much just throw a 720, but look at your tails and tuck.

If you have yet to take it to snow, don't be too nervous about hurting yourself. I ate it probably 6 times learning it on snow because I was too dumb to try it on a bag first first and never sustained any injuries. Whatever you do, make sure you tuck and don't pull the parachute mid cork, as you will land in a much more painful position.

If it's really hard to commit I'd try just starting out going slightly corked by just setting a bit off axis on the takeoff. Then when you you get a feel for the rotation you can make your way to a true cork.
