get a tramp. be able to stick at least a cork 9 and rodeo 9 on it. then go to the slopes find a small jump 10-15ft hit it and do the same thing try to land it as a 5 but 7's are fine if you have enough rotation. drop your shoulder down if you spin right to left drop your right should like your doing a lincoln then spin the more you drop detemines if its cork or rodeo.
