Corking on a trampoline

I don't understand how you spin it on a tramp. without carving of anything. Does anyone have a video of a cork so i can see it?

lol, just dip your arm down... not to low which would make you do a frontflip... corking 5's are easier than corking 3's.. so you would want to spin 5

well the goal of a cork is be flat half way through the spin. so if you want to do a 540 you want to be flat on the 270. Practise spinning a 270 and land on your back on the trampoline and spinning a 270 off your back. when you got that daown try it in the air. all you realy need to do, is if you spin to the left then dip your right arm towards your left foot about after you started to spin. just practice a few times and youll get it.

yea, there so easy, you do know that you dont need to carve a jump to do a cork right?

no learn a backflip, then a backflip 180, then backflip 360. then a little tweaking and you'll have corks and dspin 7s!

so should we be flipping forwards or backwards. cause wouldnt forwards be bio? idk im so confused by this thread.

watch the lean back music vid by fat joe... thats how you set cork in the air... jk but it is more or less how you want to set it

its not that hard, skiing u dont need to carve, it just helps, just either throw one shoulder backwards towards the opposit foot, or forwards towards the opposit foot

ok this is how i learn.

1. learn to jump up and fall on ur back.

2.do that but do a 3 and land on ur back

3. do that really high in the air untill ur really good

4. nbow dub it and do a 7 and land on ur back.

this is the cork formation and if u can get that down pretty well just go in to the trick and then start dropping ur feet after a 450 or so. it kinda comes natural once u get the position. then it all clears up from here

oo also look over left sholder and dip ur head. i forgot that.. thats how u go in to it.this is saying if u spin left.... i spin natty right

im pretty much fucked now last year i started right and i was spinning 3s last year and a 5 left side but now when im on a trampp i dunno ive been doing mistys n stuff and i spin them right side? anybody know wwhats up with that shit

cork 7 is the easiest. throwback and to you r side but throw it like a normal spin, not straight over cause youll do a back full or a d spin. and spin. cork 3 is hard to explain.

do 5' s over and over with a solid grab, if you spin right grab with your right and if you spin left grab with your left...(this will help set you off axis)...then when you try to do it cork just jump like your doing a reg 5 with your grab but this time look at your take off....if that dosent set you off axis then lean more so your head at 180 is closest to the take off....

i learned corks on tramps with two right next to each other. then its really easy after that

The set for a cork on tramp is so much different than on skis. I had them dialed on tramp then went and did em on skis and now corks are so hard on tramp

i roll my outside shoulder forwards. i spin right = dropping my left shoulder down and to my right knee. this brings you around to cork. its not that hard.

ps. yes it is a real cork not a bio-cork etc.
