Corked switch-ups.

It's kinda like a flip up, it's really impressive and a novel trick, but nobody's gonna be doing them all the time.
 
no one can do cork 180s with out a hand drag so how can that be possible?

acutually backside swap cork might work..
 
i could see that next year. like instead of a jump to rail a cannon box to rail or something. backside cork 7
 
it wouldnt work on just a normal park rail, there would have to be a solid amount of room to do one.
probably a 540 too. maybe rail gap rail
 
I do not understand how the hell you could do a corked switch up unless there is a huge gap, like a cork 5 switch up over a huge battleship? This kind of stuff will never happen. Its almost impossible.
 
meh i think it could happen. Snowboarders, always a few years ahead of us, have ninja frontflip switch ups down (See Stoked-O-meter), and i could definately see that possible. In terms of corks, we've seen brogan do cork on and im sure cork off is possible. I guess i could image maybe hornbeck putting a hand down on an A frame box, or a steep down box and doing some sort of hand drag 3 or 5. Yeah i guess i could see it done.
 
i know there is a video in a another thread of someone doing a lincoln loop switch up (flip up),and i also heard LJ was doing them
 
someone already mentioned this earlier in the thread.
i am willing to bet that corked switch ups are certainly going to be done. in fact i would put money on it being done by the time that next years professional films come out.i dont understand why it is such a difficult concept to fathom...?obviously it would have to be the correct setup but it is absolutely possible.
 
i think that brogan does a cork 450 onto a box in turbo (might be in bonus features). he lands on one foot then steezes it out. a corked switch up is a very similar concept and definitely possible. would have to be at least a 3 swap though.
 
no I saw a video yesterday in top rated where some one did a sw cork one same guy in the windells video who did the carved 0 spin
 
Yea his name is Adam Delorme. But my first spin this year was a 1, and I went corked by accident and in mid air I thought I was fucked and was going to land on my side. Some how I took it really deep (it was a small jump at Mount Snow) and that saved my ass. No one probably believes me because I have no proof but I do not want to do it again, especially on accident.
