if you know anything about angular momentum and what corkscrewing (precession) actually is, then youll know you need to be spinning to actually be corking.

its the same principle as when your riding a bike, and you lean one way, and the front wheel turns in that direction without you needing to use any force. if your stationary on the bike and the front wheel isnt spinning, then if you lean the bike over, the front wheel is not going to turn.

so you can make something look like like a cork 0, but there is no possible way to make precession occur unless you are rotating along more than one axis.
