Cork vs. rodeo

i know there is a lot of threads about corks and shit. but i was wondering what is easier to try first. (i can do both with pretty much any spin and grab on a tramp)

i think cork might be easier, that always seems to be what people try first, but if you have them both down on tramps then go for either one.

i tried a rodeo first.....that was disastrous. all i have to say is make sure you dont forget to bring your legs up

How exactly do you throw a rodeo? I can kinda cork 3's and I know you carve off the lip then drop your inside shoulder...but I can't picture rodeo's in my head.

go for both. Corks normally do better in competitions cause it's a lot easier to add more spin to them but rodeos are still sick. Try to learn both this year Id say

here's the downright truth and there's NO straying from it, here's the golden ticket ... think about both tricks for a second. Imagine hitting a jump and throwing a cork, then imagine throwing your rodeo on the same jump ... which felt more natural in your head (which were you less scared of, whatever) ... whichever one that is, try that one. Dont second guess yourself, you know which one you're more comfortable with. Coming up to the jump you'll have less inhibitions with that one and you'll likely be more successful with it.

corks are easier than rodoes when first starting off...

When you frist start with a cork spin you can set it as hard or little as you want and the comitment factor/risk is much less than a rodeo. For a rodeo you need to set both the flip and spin at the same speed so that you come down in one piece. Also sometimes rodeos are a bit blind

I used to think corks where easier but once you know how to them both well I think rodeo/flatspin is easier. Plus it feels amazing in the air

U THINK? what the hell you cant even do either i dont think he wants your opinion.... ya i havent tried a rodeo but corks are pretty easy

can't do any of them but learning a lincoln loop before going for a rodeo is prob. best, as a rodeo is more or less a lincoln with an 180

you know that bio thing that is pretty pointless you should just go inverted i looks better and it is easier to tell the difference
