What is the eaisest vork to start out on? and how would you go about doing them?

the firs cork i have ever done was a cork 5 and i did that this year and i have not tried a cork 7 yet. but i would pratice corks on tramps firs, then go to the back contery and land in soft powder. Afer you can land them well do it in the park. that is what i did

 
lol i said vork, but i mean is a regualr cork eaiser than i bio? a d-spin, forgive me if this makes no sence.

there is no such thing as bios, they are just corks thrown differently, dont think of a cork 3 as a rotation think of it more as a flip

Throw your arms like you are paddling a canoe, so if you spin left bring both arms up by your right shoulder and when you get off the lip throw them down towards your waist on your left and drop your shoulder. Worked for me.

hey man thats the risk of trying something new, theres always that possibility of injury, especially if you're new to the trick. i'd study how the pros do it in movies, then get comfortable with the spin you want to do then work on corking it each time. don't go and just do it, work up to it. good luck.
