Cork spins in Gnarshmallow!

I thought the new release of the QP was awesome, but cork spins are also now possible. If you carve of a jump you can get cork and still land. It isnt totally smooth, but still sick. If you carve too hard tho, you slow down too much.
 
no, but it would be sick if it said stuff like Switch Cork 540. wat sucks is you can only do fast cork spins, not like huge cork 3s, cuz you have to spin off the lip.
 
Earlier i just did a quarter lincon one way, spun a 10 or whatever, then did a quarter lincon back and landed. It was kinda like a cork spin.
 
The new update is sick, but the switch flips got mixed up. If you do a switch backflip, it will say switch frontflip, and vice-versa.
 
anyone else find the old way of doing corks is now really different? i guess its not really a cork, more a dspin or something, but if i wanted to do say a sw cork 9 i would spin, then a little after starting to spin, hold down lincoln until i got around- combining spinning with lincolns is now totally different- anyone else find this?
 
Some regions haven't updated servers and such, you guys should have the QP by tomorrow I'm guessing. It's not amazing anyways. And cork spins REALLY need to happen. Props to QuazBotch though, I don't mean to bitch. A great time waster!
 
Im not a massive fan of the corks... it was perfectly legit to do corks by just doing a bit of a lincoln in your spin... now whenever you want to do a big spin and you press the arrow just before you go off the lip, you automatically go cork, which is kinda stupid looking when spinning onto rails...

You are also still landing off-axis so i dont see how its an improvement.

Also, the butters look weird now.

On a positive note, the QP is pretty dope, and i guess this means theyre making progress towards opening the half pipe.
 
you can throw some pretty legit flatspins with the lincoln buttons now. and with the japan it looks sick!
