Cork 7?

could someone tell me if the first trick in my video is actually a cork 7? i dont know how to load it to this thread but its the only video loaded in my profile. thanks
 
Don't listen to what people are saying under your video, like replying to it. That IS NOT a D-Spin. That is a misty 7, or a bio 7. Misty and Bio are both off axis spins thrown forward. Misty is when you go inverted. Bio you do not. D-spin is back and inverted. So is cork.

To learn cork, you can do progression on trampoling. Whichever way you spin, jump, initate your spin wiht your lead sholder, then drop it down and back. BUT, to start of learning it, just try and do a 360 drop to your back. But have it be really spinny. And do it by droping your lead sholder, or left shoudler if you spin left. Once you can do that, jump higher and you just have to get the idea and visualize it in your head, and basically committe and try and pull it through. It's all you man, learn it. Remember, think of it as like a back cork. Bio's are forward corked.
 
Misty 7....if you wanna cork and not invert, SPIN FIRST then try to flip..if you spin hard enough you wont flip, youll just cork it out. That mentality helped me anyways.
 
that s a misty 7, you see how you bend your body? you dont do that in a cork. its pure shoulders man, spin and then just a slight look down to your back heel, try using just your head and maybe a little shoulder, dont bend your waist like that
 
Cork 7

Make use of your edge in doing this Ski Trick. Start off with your right (or left) outside edge. When you popped off your edge, extend your right arm forward and look toward your left hip. If you want a fast spin, tuck up. Otherwise, open up. When you have gone a 540, you will see your landing. Come out of your spin and reach for the landing.

the simplest way to learn a cork seven is this

(you may wanna practice on a tramp first)

1. do a regular seven

2. do a seven with a leading safety (if you spin left this should be your left hand to your left foot, if you spin right right hand to right foot)

3. do step two just this time put your head on your shoulder (the shoulder of your leading hand) this will naturally make you go corked all you have to think about is spinning the full rotation and putting your head on your shoulder and grabbing the safety youll find it comes around quite nicely
 
It was a misty 7, to cork it on trampoline just throw a normal spin then lift your knees up to your chest and look over your shoulder, you dont need to throw it downwards really
