Cork 7 to kangaroo flip?

Who's gonna be the first to hit this trick? I think its possible and would be pumped to see someone drop this regardless of how haggard it looks.

if you ask me, most of the triples that have been thrown weren't really corked, they looked more like rodeos or flatspins. like russ henshaw's triple at JOI, his spins aren't corked, it's just an off axis flip IMO.

bobby's triple also looks like that, kinda like a cork 7 to dub flat 7.

i'm not going to argue the legitimacy of those tricks, but to me, they weren't really triple corks, more like cork 7 to flat 3 to flat 3. just my opinion.

anyway, the first triple cork 1620 will prolly look like a cork 7 to kang, to get back on the subject of this thread.

I doubt it. I think if it were done it will look like russ's first attempt.
a cork 7 to cork / flat 3 to cork 5. not end on a flat 5 like a kang. But i agree with what your saying how bobby and russ seem to do there double tens and triples making there second and third flips more flat. A good example of the alternative is t-wall who does his second more lincoln or cork 3 like.

couldnt agree more. im not trying to hate at all, but it seems like the triples we've seen so far have started out with a spin for the first off-axis, then the next two have just been flips.

yeah this is true, but obviously as the sport progresses triples will be more explored and perfected. i feel like all the triples now were just hucked to hell cause it's a foreign feeling to tuck for three. the jumps will get bigger, the spins will be smoother, and the sport will progress.

You're missing your meter- here I'll give it back to you

funny you post this just so happens im on the drop in of the best jump ever built here in NZ i'll let you know how it goes in a few

most dub cork 10s look like cork 7 to flat 3 so just flip one more time i guess. It would be hard to not spin on the second flat rotation though

triple cork 14s have don't really have enough "spin room" to pull off real corks; they just end up as cork 720 to double rodeo 720.

The only "true" triple cork would be the trip 1800 attempt at JOI this year. You can see the distinct cork7>cork5>swcork5

Totally right about this. I do think that Elias Ambuhl's triple 14 was the closest to a triple cork. Also, speaking of Wallish, even his double tens are basically a cork seven to lincoln.

Russ does a very legit triple cork 16 in The Way I see it but doesn't land it.. Best triple to date still imo
