Cork 5?

that would be a back flip 180 aka a flair. think more of spining then hucking your self backwards when you try them.
 
for cork 5 you have to tuck up sooooo much or it wont come around. just try some 5s super tucked up and then ease into the cork
 
Basically spin a five and lead with your shoulder lowered and your gaze focused down, that's how you do cork 5's on a tramp
 
i kept tryin ut my feet kept goin above my head but i got tucked and i think i got it, plus i over spun and did a 7 ill post another vid
 
ill have to try that on a 50 fter than lol its wicked easy to do, ill deff be doin it on skis this season, but i gotta learn corks and d spins, any tips on d spins?
 
k that must be the prob, i keep throwin my shoulder right down instead of spinning first, but when i did spin first i did it right
 
Mistys are the easiest things ever. Try doing a frontflip and crossing your arm over and grabbing the opposite foot, and when you get better at them, just huck in that direction. The best ive done is misty 7

yeah you are doing a backflip when you do them try to keep your head turned and for me since i spin to the right i try and get my right shoulder down towards my knee cap
 
i did a cork sev earlier, i did what u said and i didnt end up flipping, i just spun with my shoulder leaning in a bit and then eased into it, it was hard to land tho, so i think tomorrow ill go higher and try for a 9
 
you dont have to tuck up like really alot or whatever u said.. all you have to do is carve into(carving helps) pop drop ur leading shoulder and commit. look at dumont ond his cork 5 no grabs
 
yeah but we are talking about tramp, no carving on tramp.

and yeah you can do not tucked up but it makes it come around better
 
it kinda looks like your just hucking and going off axis

but maybe if you stay tucked up you will rotate to your feet
 
grab your feet or something, you have the rotation but you keep forcing your legs out, so try next time and lock your feet in , that way you will come all the way around intead of flailing and stoping
 
yeah i'v got them down, i dunno how to really explain how to throw it, basically exactly how you think you would do it, just a back flip but throw your head hard right (or left) instead of straight down, it should get you to it, i can do it 360, and 5
 
It makes me laugh when you zip the entrance shut everytime you get on the tramp. Try this move too: Start a cork spin and grab your feet, then when you're at 180 (horizontal, facing the ground) tuck under and finish out with a front flip, super fun trick.
 
ur not dropping ur left shoulder...well u are but ur bringing it back up and spinning to your left, when u do a cork 5 lets say u drop ur left shoulder, then u spin to the right.
