Yeah, I've been drilling it. And I've been trying to pull off a cork-180. The cork 180 is not happening though.
Pretty much my new way of doing a cork 360 on tramp is to start the very beginning of a lincoln loop. Just the very first movevement where you lean to the side.
This will set you a little off axis.
You do not want to try spinning that much at all, if you put effort into the spin you'll spin alot more than a 360.
Once you're a little off axis, with your head look up at the sky at about 45 degrees in the direction that you want to spin. Then just swing your legs around.
The object is to 'disconnect' your upper body from your lower body. Where your upper body just leans a little off axis and you look up at the sky about 45 degrees from where you're at (if you keep your head looking far over your shoulder it'll cause you to spin more). then just swing your legs around like it's doing a normal spin.
