It's not that difficult if you think about it. It's all about body control. Carve the shit out of the lip, then bring your legs up and start setting your weight back down towards the landing. ie as you get like 90 start pushing with your whole back toward the landing.
So picture yourself sideways like in the vid when he is cork. At that point shift your weight so your leading with your back, like a zero spin, and it should bring your body back upright and a bit front seat on the landing.
I will try and get a vid of it being done on a trampoline. It's mad hard to land on the stick it pad, I always either end up landing on my back, side, or knees. I am hoping to get it this Friday though.
