Cork 1080 in bumps

I respect it cause it's crazy but I also think it's pretty bunk because it's straight aerials pencil style.
 
Don't rip on it unless you can do it better, and I bet there isn't a single person on this site that can land a REGULAR 1080 into bumps. It's a different facet of the sport, treat it accordingly.
 
anything more than a 3 in a mogul field is nuts you land and you have to right back into the course those guys are insane
 
I saw it at first i was like

holy shit that guy spun a fast 720

and then was like wait that was a 10

and yeah it was a sick comp
 
u possibally being the biggest fag ever?? can you even stick a corked 10?? let alone going 30 mph out of the bumps w/ less than half a second to set up for the trick, pop it, and only have about 40 ft of air to clear it, land in a 2 ft rutt, than ride out on bumps?? dont think so...shut up
 
The winner did have a sick run. I personally don't think it was the best. The canadian who got 4th (I don't remember his name) had a better run. He threw 2 corks and the aussie threw one. I didn't agreee with the judges.

Are you fucking kidding me man? His knees never broke apart his whole run, and both of his jumps were perfect, and stomped perfect. There is no way anyones run was better than begg-smith
 
yea...i'm positive they left that part open for you...because he shouldnt bash on it for being part of our sport, in which he probably couldnt do the trick...i never said i could what so ever...so it makes you the deuche
 
No dude. Now I'm no mogul skiier so this is just opinion. But I think the Canadian had mogul skills comparable to the Australian and his airs were way tougher, enough so to compensate for a SLIGHT differnce in his mogul skiing.
 
Skiing moguls switch=death i would kiss the ground that is walked on by the person that first does it

Dude you are completly clueless about moguls. I stomped cork 7 and a stomped straigh 7 are scored pretty much exactly the same, maybe .1 more for cork. And seeing that the canadian got like 4.5 4.6 on turns and begg-smith got 4.6 4.7 4.8 on his turns made him win, cause turns are 50%, stomping a huge 3 and stomping a cork 7 have like 1 point difference, thats how moguls are.

I didn't know about the subtle differences in scoring but I still the the d-10 was balls out gnar gnar and deserved some iron.
 
he also landed back seat, and had mistakes on his turns, its not like fucking us open big air where the biggest shit wins, moguls is MUCH more than just airs, believe me. Ive seen 360s beat 7s so many times.
 
he hasn't been skiing moguls that long. he used to do aerials pretty strictly, and only picked up moguls a few years ago, if i remember hearing correctly. pretty fucking rascal if you ask me
