I know what you mean man, every time i see kids that are really good I get hyped to go riding and improve my own to keep up, then realize i have shit to ride on. Its tough doing laps in the public park at the glacier on the flat boxes while rich kids hit perfect 50 foot tables in camps without feeling a twinge of envy.

I guess you have to work that much harder.
 
in 10 years it will either be really sick, or the progression is going to lower. my reasoning is because all the pros today came from a skiing backgroung, moguls, racing, whatever. they developed certain basic skills you need to have before you hit rails or a jump. nowadays kids are getting into the sport, just hitting jumps and rails, not even sking the mountain.so i think theres going to be kids are going to skip steps and we wil see it in the future, possibly.
 
What kind of background do you have? Racing, bumps, purely freestyle?

I know that I was in big mountain a lot before I started riding park and that had a tremendous effect on how fast I picked things up in the park.

Did you ever thought of coming in Slovenia.we have lots of good backcountry spots, not good parks but only big kickers.
