cops... what the hell

so last night was our spring semi dance... and after the dance i was at a party.. i had all of 2 beers, then walked my gf home around 3.. there was another huge party near her house.. so there were a few cop cars around.. one of them pulls up beside us and asks me a bunch of questions... when he asks me where we're coming from i asked why he wanted to know... i didn't want him going and busting my buddy's party.. he took that as attitude, and gave me a 130 dollar ticket for underage drinking, because i had been kind enough to tell him that i had 2 beers at the party..

what the hell is with that..

 
fight it. if he never actually caught you drinking and he has no evidence. then fight it.

but i admitted to him that i drank...

and i don't want to bother fighting it right now, i'm already waiting to go to court for a trespassing charge.. for get this, skiing... after the season was over i built a hit at our hill with my buddies and we got tickets for that..

well the judge would most likely dismiss it because he has no evidence other than you saying that. and you were nice enought to admit it. they'll cut it down at the very least.

just say the cop heard wrong. u didn't have any beers and you were walking home from a friends house whose parents kicked you out or something

yeah cops are assholes, my bros friend went through a blinking redlight like everyone else in front of him and he got pulled over. and when he gets mad he starts shaking, he was mad because he was late to catch a plane, so the cop started bitching at him and she ended up giving him a warning. then he said thank you and she was just like o i see how about i just give you the ticket???

sorry to sound like an asshole but the ticket for underage drinking is your own stupidity. why would you ever admit to a cop you were drinking?

Yah man Canadian RCMP and cops dont give a shit because they know are court system is so bad that if they busted us we would just get away with it in court. On 420 I was down at the art gallery in Vancouver and there was about 400 people there all smoking weed and the cops just stood around and watched and made sure that no fights happened. It was so good.

plead the 5th ammendment. you cant incriminate yourself, im serious, they had no evidnce, but you saying it, and i know that you can at least get a reduction if you appeal it. i sent you a message.

me and my friend walked home from another friends house on 420 we got to my house before 12 and all of a sudden this cop pulls up in front of my house and stops, so me and my friend just ignore him and walk in, he stood out there for like 20 minutes and then left, what a fag

You're an idiot, you say you've been drinking then you're done, he WILL lose in a court, just pay the fine dude there really isn't anything you can do.
