I keep on hearing stories of people getting busted... in urban jibbin..

MY story:

Me and a few buds build a little kicker at the back of a store (Wal Mart)

it had a nice hill ............... we didnt even get to session it for 20 minutes... and fukin cops came,,,, and made us tear everything down.......... fukin pigs.......................

Liability. You get hurt they run the risk of getting sued. You may say, I'm not a dick, I won't sue. You won't, your insurance company will.
 
Once I jibbed a cop car and then that pig tried to arrest me so i was like i dont give a fuck and stole that shit
 
Oh boo hoo. Get over it, the cops aren't "fuckin pigs," because they made you stop sessioning some gay little shit at wally world.
 
during the summer i was inlining in boston at the christian science plaza place and there was this ledge that was soooooo nice, so i spent like 10 minutes waxing it when this security guard came by and instead of just sayin "you cant do that here, started bein sarcstic and snotty, and tried to make me scrape all of the wax back OFF of the ledge, thankfully he went away soon and i just lefthopefully that actually covers this topic...

the zero tolerance policy for urbans in summitcounty sounds like it sucks. look at the colorado regionals. They take all of your equipment, skis, cameras, as evidence against you in court and you get it back after court. Sounds pretty lame.

I always loved the COPS: The other side bonus in high five.

i remember when that happened.

the guy was stripped of his badge and the kids parents sued him for harassment and threats. absolutely out of line, those kids would have left had he just asked them sternly. theyre like fuckin 12.

dont lose your temper kids!
 
truth, your insurance company will go after them like a set of mad parents whos kid just got hurt on a ride at disneyland
 
The best part is "somebodys gonna kill you" and the dumb shit sounds like hes about to cry. Some cops are legit but if you are driving around that faggy golf cart you're probably the cleshe cop too dumb to do anything better with his life.
 
in the midwest, they could care less. freeskiing isnt as big as it is in other parts of the u.s. this one cop came and just watched us for a while and then said we could continue, as long as we took down the jump when we were done.
 
I've got a pretty sweet deal here, then. I live in a university town and it's on a sweet hill. I just introduced myself to the security guards on day and they don't mind us playing around campus. As long as we don't do it during the day (most of campus is really well lit) and we don't put anyone else at risk, they stay off our backs.
 
good job dude, i feel like a lot of these bad situations could be avoided with a little proactive research and maybe a donation of a six pack. obviously some cops/security guards are overgrown high school bullies, and there's nothing you can do about it, but being respectful and not aggressive towards them can be the difference between a warning and a citation.
