Im pretty sure that this is a pretty old movie.....

A car changing lanes in front of him doesn't seem to fase him much. Unless cars in front of him are swerving really fast through multiple lanes, he's not gonna hit them. Im pretty sure he's a professional racer. There's quite a few ghostrider vids on youtube.

ya its legit there was 1 original all black leather black helmet all black bike but im pretty sure he got caught one time not sure but then there were like fake ones or just people wanting to be like him that would do the same thing.

the cops realy suck at driving in those videos too
