A bit out of the way but Kanata lakes golf course let us build jumps and jibs there for years as long as we cleared out any rails/pipes etc when the snow melted, dm me and I'll let you know the best spot

I've never checked it out in person but apparently people build jumps at the carlington sledding hill, but you gotta keep them in the woods off to the side or you'll get the boot

I used to live in Almonte, 30m west of Ottawa. We used to build some kickers at Gemmil Park, behind the arena. Theres lots of snow there from the rink and a good hill. Used to be some pvc kickin around in the forest probably gone now though.
