that would only have to qualify as tramp stamp because it involves sucking dick...but otherwise a sick lower back tattoo is not nec. a tramp stamp, although any tribal, with or without butterflies, hearts, fairies and any other CHEESE that people shouldnt get tattooed on their lower back = tramp stamp.
