Cool things to try on skis

I Just so GoPro and Jesper Tjader's Forest video, and it made me think. What are cool things to try to do on skis. Is there any suggestions on cool things to try with skiing (like making a terrain park in the woods at a mountain)?

I've done the 3 legged race on skis it's so fun, we hit a jump with it and landed it

Ski behind a car, snowmobile, etc. I've only done it behind a car but it's ridiculously fun. Make sure you have a long rope. Skiing behind a train is on my bucket list though.....
