If you want one that works the best you are probably going to need to make it. I have thought about making one myself. There are lot's of videos showing you how to.

I'm probably going to make one of these(referring to video) when I get my soldering iron and order the proper parts.

Bought a similar mini-drone after getting to use my friend's drone. Fun little impulse buy. I just fly it around the apartment and land in cabinets and stuff. Not bad to learn on, battery doesn't last super long though.

Pretty sure it wouldn't be able to fly, even with one of those new smaller GoPros. The drone I linked is like 3 inches across.

If you were willing to spend a bit more money I'm sure you could find something that would work with a GoPro though for less than $100. But that I can't help you with.
