so who here has really cool parents? my mom's really nice, me and her go to concerts alot. she took me to my first dead show. my dad bought a camper this winter so he could take me and my brother skiing and we sleep over in parking lots.

my mom bought me a bag when i went to visit her in hawaii and my dad has always been the king of all ski bums

my parents would never put up with any pot or booze, but other than that they are pretty cool. they get me basically whatever i want/need and my mom can tell you just about everything thing there is to know about the clash, the pistols, and bob marley because of me. she listens and actually cares, and my dad is just laid back and not too bad

me dad is the only person I know who is as crazy about skiing as I am. He used to be a ski instructor and patroller, so he teaches me shit about that but still wants to see skiing progress, and totally loves watching park and pipe skiing with me. My mom is chill too, she wouldnt put up with drugs or drinking, but she doesnt really give punishments, like grounding or shit like that. they both pay for a lot of stuff, and are buying me skis this year :)

My parents are pretty cool. they'd never put up with pot or alcohol, and they aren't so cool with me dating (they have a hard time trusting me or something...), but otherwise they pretty much let me do anything and hang with anybody. My mom will kinda freak out when I'm pulling tricks on skis or wakeboarding, but she doesn't really mind and just lets me do it.

^sorry to hear that. My parents where not that cool but I'd rather have an uncool parent than one that was drunk and left us to fend for our selves. I have learned and vow to be a cool parent to my kids, some of the things parents stressout about is just not called for.

If it wasn't for my dad I wouldn't be the Hard core skiier that I am today, He takes me to Utah every year!! we take lots of family vacations.

My parent's are cool, I don't have to do chores, their chill with pot and shit, they take me to festivels, give me allowance, bought me a car... nice stuff. When I got in trouble with coke and stuff they just put me in therapy. Plus my dad runs a resort (suuuuuuupa sweet)

My parents are super cool. The definitley dont tolerate weed or alchohal but other than that they get me stuff that i need and dont hassel me that much
